The year 2006 saw the establishment of JOMARK FOOD CORPORATION under the banner of Millennium Ocean Star Corporation Group of Companies. Primarily focused to the demands of the local market, JOMARK FOOD CORPORATION was meant to cater to these local market requirements.
For our local clients include some of the industries leaders of retail and foodservice customers such as:
• Supermarket Chains
• Food Processors and Manufacturers
• Food Distributors
• Hotels and Restaurants
Our product list covers almost all known seafood and aquaculture products in the Philippines, sourced from several islands all over the country. We also import about 2000 metric tons per month of several seafood products like frozen mackerels, fish fillets, giant squid, ilex squid and other various seafood products for local distribution.
Millennium’s major plants are strategically located within Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the three main Islands of the Philippines with several buying stations established around the plants make sure that Jomark Food Corporation have consistent supply of fresh raw materials for clients requiring large production capacity.
The availability of our new state of the art processing and storage facilities, conveniently located within the local and international ports of Manila, assures our valued clients a consistent supply of fresh premium quality safe seafood and aquaculture products.

ABOUT THE CHAIRMAN

The founder and driving force behind the success of Jomark Food Corporation is Mr. Michael Yang. He began his career in this business at the age of 15 when his family established the first squid ball production facility in the country under the name of Food Mark Enterprises now rename Jomark Food Corporation. Mr. Yang’s foresight and drive for expansion has resulted to the establishment of MILLENNIUM OCEAN STAR CORPORATION, a leading exporter and importer of seafood and aquaculture products in the local and international market.
