About Surimi Production
• Built in 2008 to accommodate the export and import operations in Manila.
• With a capacity to process 10 metric tons of various seafood per day, cold storage space for 5000 metric tons of import products and 2000 metric tons of export products, this facility is now the logistics hub for all MOSC plants all over the Philippines. • Major products available in this plant are: Black Tiger Shrimp, Scallops, Octopus Lobsters, Giant Squid, Cuttlefish, Groupers and Parrot Fish. |

About Plant I
• Constructed in 2000 to handle the production of value added products such as squid balls and other Surimi items.
• This plant has a 25 metric ton ice plant, a canning facility and cold storage space for 4000 metric tons of import and export products. |

• Processing 3-5 metric tons of seafood and aquaculture products, this plant can produce 300 metric tons of seafood products annually.
• Fresh raw materials from the Central Visayas area are available through the buying stations around the plant. • Major products available in this plant are: Abalone, Lobsters, Squid, Cuttlefish, groupers, Parrot fish, scallops and other shellfish. |

• This 2000 sqr meter plant built in 1992 with its team of veteran experts overseeing operations can process 10 metric tons of seafood products daily and has an annual production of 1,500 metric tons.
• It is also equipped with a 60 metric ton ice plant and a 500 metric ton cold storage space. • Surrounded by 3 major buying stations loaded with the freshest catch of the day helps the Zamboanga plant to consistently process large amounts of seafood products daily. • Major products available in this plant are: Black Tiger Shrimp, Lobsters, Octopus, Squid, Cuttlefish, groupers, Parrot Fish and Small Shellfish |
